Our brush is made of food grade silicone. There is a small hole in the middle of the brush can easily squeeze the oil out of the bottle. You just add oil to the squeeze bottle and gently squeeze. You can directly brush the oil on the frying pan and pan when cooking. You should cover when not in use to prevent oil leakage. The silicone cooking utensils will not stain or retain odors.
